In September, Colette Enright, speech clinician, and Cindysue Pederson, early childhood teacher, for NWAS, attended a workshop in Pierre called FASD Understanding the Lifespan, Promoting and Improving Services. The workshop goal was to develop and implement public awareness and strategies for children, teens and adults who have a FASD.
Go to www.chiesman.org and click on the FASD link on the Development area for more information.
This blog is used to communicate with the public and fellow educators. As the new director of Northwest Area Schools (NWAS) I would like to provide you with information about what is happening in our organization and topics that may be of interest to you. Please feel free to comment and share your ideas with me here.
